Position Overview


The Lead Operations team works with cross-functional stakeholders to modernize, optimize and operationalize lead flow and drive data enrichment initiatives to help ensure Autodesk’s WW Marketing teams can deliver on strategic priorities and optimize return on marketing investments. This role will lead the Contact Optimization team and will be responsible for defining a strategy to optimize and improve marketable contacts data globally, that supports key growth marketing initiatives and enhances audience centric activation and conversion.  You will manage marketable contact data through enrichment and acquisition efforts, ensuring data quality is aligned across all systems and deliver continuous improvements to systems, processes, and workflows to optimize operational effectiveness.


Responsibilities


  • Manage and develop a team of contact enrichment and acquisition specialists


  • Have visibility into and represent WW Marketing, providing subject matter expertise on key initiatives involving contact data


  • Requirements discovery and documentation and working cross-functionally to prioritize and align on an implementation roadmap


  • Oversee the analysis of marketable contact data to identify gaps and strategic opportunities, delivering clear communications, and robust performance and impact reporting


  • Be an advocate for data quality and establish a cross-functional data quality program to enhance the consistency and usability of data across systems and teams


  • Identify global and local vendors and ensure service quality, cost-effective results and global alignment of data quality and privacy legislation


  • Continually work to optimize existing contact ingestion processes and drive the implementation of solutions which will ensure data consistency and quality when being ingested into marketing systems


  • Standardize global/regional data enrichment processes, deliver training and enablement and oversee global team adherence


Minimum Qualifications


  • 8+ years of experience in a global marketing operations role working with databases, data analysis, data manipulation and data mapping


  • 2+ years as a people leader


  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong critical thinking abilities


  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite with working knowledge of Power BI and SQL


  • Strong Project Management Skills


  • A results-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills capable of taking ownership, proactively driving assigned deliverables and be a team player


  • A self-starter who is creative, flexible, and resilient, is comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a dynamic and global environment


Preferred Qualifications


  • Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs and other measurable success criteria


  • Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues


  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholder


  • Business proficiency in English


  • Salesforce & Market knowledge is a plus
