Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manager – Total Rewards in Chennai, India.


 Responsible for supervising and implementing Total reward programs following established standards and policies in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy.


What a typical day looks like:


  • Develop, implement, and administer country level total reward programs according to business needs and ensure local statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Administers performance review and salary programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
  • Oversee the participation in salary surveys and analyze results to assess competitive labor market trends, establish salary range, develop salary budgets, and prepare policies and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation.
  • Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve Compensation & Benefits administration guidelines and processes.
  • Collects data about company’s Compensation policies and analyzes them to prepare reports and advises managers for making important decisions.
  • Develop and coordinate communications to manager/employee training for compensation programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing Compensation & Benefits policies, guidelines, and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
  • Work with HRBPs and HRGBS supporting them on decision making in regards of compensation and benefits, employee development & retention, providing the right information in timely manner.
  • Participate with corporate in process and programs that need to be implemented in sub-region.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:


  • You have relevant education background preferably business management
  • Typically, a 10 years’ work experience with majority of the experience in the Total rewards space
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attitude and motivation and the ability to achieve results under pressure
  • Ability to work with a host of cross functional stakeholders and build relationships
