The Manager-Commercial Finance for Cytiva is responsible for driving financial planning and analysis activities, with a focus on month end close activities, forecasting, budgeting & revenue P&L management.


This position is part of the India finance team located in Bangalore and will be on-site from April 2025. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on below key responsibilities:


Financial Planning and Analysis


  • Support in annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and P&L variance analysis.
  • Analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Order-to-Cash Management


  • Oversee sales order execution, backlog reviews and participate in revenue recognition related discussions.
  • Support AR and Past Due monitoring, coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure timely collections.

Financial Reporting and Audit Support


  • Support in month end close activities, Develop and maintain dashboards for orders, sales, T&L, and other expenses to enhance visibility.
  • Support internal and statutory audits by providing documentation and addressing queries.

Compensation and Dealer Management


  • Manage dealer commissions, rebates, and agreements, along with reviewing employe variable compensation program (VCP) calculations.
  • Ensure accurate processing and compliance with company policies.

Process Improvement and Collaboration


  • Approve POs within financial guidelines and drive cost center management.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements within commercial finance operations.

The essential requirements of the job include:


  • CA/CMA with 6-8 years.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:


  • Hands on experience of ERP environment and SFDC etc.
  • Data tools like Power BI & Qlik are plus.
