Job Description:Responsibilities24*7 Support of DXC production Cloud Offeringsincluding operations, incidents, service requests and execution of changesProactively and continuously improve the service throughdriving further automationfixing incident root causessuggesting more agile and effective ways of workingTake full ownership of incoming actions and issues and drive them to resolutionWork within a tight Cloud Operations multi-skilled teamUsing the skills you have nowConsulting with other team members to extend your reach to get to successSharing back what you’ve learnedHandle some simple NSSR (Non Standard Service requests) logged by customers: provide proposal to customer and implement Work within a tight Cloud Operations multi-skilled teamEnsure contractual SLAs are metConform and adhere to change management process for customer environments.Leverage existing full/partial automation from other teams to expedite deploymentsUnderstand and contribute to processes and tools used by teamIdentify areas of operations quality deficit or automation opportunitiesContribute relevant automation and operation artefacts back to DXC Cloud offeringsSupport POC deployments as required for client or automation developmentSkills and Qualifications• Strong experience in system administration and deploy the cloud solutions through Infrastructure as code.• Strong knowledge in AWS administration, and support experience• Strong knowledge in the services for not limited too AWS Security (IAM, Roles, Policies, etc.)o S3, EC2, ECS, EBS, AMIo VPC, Subnet, Route Table, Security Groups, NACL, VPG etco SSM, Patch Managero Elastic Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, WAF,o CloudWatch, Cloudtrail, AWS Configo CloudFormation Templateo AWS Costs and Pricingo RDS setup and Configuration• Experience in IPSec VPN between AWS and Customer Data Center.• Experience in any vRouter, Proxy Server Configuration and Setup.• Excellent Administration experience in any Operating Systems (Windows 2012 R2, RHEL 6/7)• Understanding network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP, DHCP, TCP,IP etc)• Understanding in any Languages Python, Power shell, Bash, Node.JS, Javascript etc will be and advantage• Understanding and Practicing the Security Best Practices.• Excellent knowledge in ITSM Process.Additional Preferred Qualifications• Build and extend monitoring and dashboard solutions (Splunk etc) for internal and external clients.• Experience in Configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef etc)Qualifications: -• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• AWS Sysops Administrator Associate• AWS Certified Solution Architect ProfessionalRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
