Manager, Business Systems Analysis

Key Responsibilities
•Lead and manage the team for all deliverables related to building and maintaining Business System applications
•Identify, evaluate and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process
•Provide general direction for the Business System team’s policies and procedures, recommending modifications as needed
•Responsible for the professional development and skill enhancement of the team
•Manage the daily activities of a supervisory, professional, or support team to corporate objectives and results
Key Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
•7+ years working in Business Systems Analysis or other equivalent experience
•Proven experience working as a manager or team lead on large, complex projects across multiple departments
•Ability to drive projects forward by setting priorities for the team and ensuring task completion
•Advanced knowledge of business processes and how to leverage standard system capabilities to support them
•Ability to lead a team within a dynamic, agile project environment
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build positive working relationships
