JOB DESCRIPTION
DP World is on a journey to deliver end-to-end integrated global supply chain solutions for Beneficial Cargo Owners (BCOs) and customers. This entails that we offer our end-to-end integrated solutions, unconstrained by our asset network, capturing synergies across our businesses and leveraging them as needed.
To provide greater capabilities to our customers, it is imperative that the full potential of our systems and tools is unlocked to help generate the intended value to our internal and external customers. The processes and standards are to be sharply aligned to the needs of the Business, and they need to be well defined, transparent, efficient and support sustainable business development. This philosophy is applicable to both existing and new processes within the organisation.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work closely with the Process leads and Business on the identified projects or areas
Create and Maintain process maps and documentation (including BRDs, Business Cases, etc.) to be signed off by the business/COE functions
Support adoption of systems and tools, review of new requirements and their alignment with Business & Tech
Support the business in adhering to these agreed processes and systems and monitoring on ground implementation.
Review for continuous improvements to processes due to changes in internal systems or external factors.
Look at processes from an end-to-end or integrated perspective.
5. jOB cONTEXT
The process analysts through their skill in process mapping and documentation techniques will support the various projects and industry squads. This will help the organisation to understand business pain points or discover opportunities to help analyse problem statements working closely with the business and tech verticals to develop solutions leading to sustainable improvements. This approach will provide an integrated holistic perspective giving us the agility and flexibility to continuously assess and improve to deliver better services to our internal and external customers.
