Job Description

Overview This role will ensure the successful delivery of projects across the organization. This role involves providing project management support, ensuring compliance with project methodologies, collecting and analyzing project performance data, and contributing to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Project Support: Assist in the tracking, monitoring, and reporting of project progress, including status updates, milestones, and risks. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze project data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings to senior management for decision-making. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular project reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, schedule, scope, and quality. Project Governance: Ensure that projects adhere to the defined project management processes, methodologies, and best practices. Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices, tools, and templates. Risk & Issue Management: Assist project managers in identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact between project teams and senior leadership, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Project Resource Management: Help track resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects, ensuring that resources are effectively managed. Training & Support: Provide training and guidance on PMO tools and methodologies to project teams and new staff. Tool Administration: Manage and update project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Primavera) to track project data and provide updates as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) is a plus.
