Manager - Automotive Sector - SCO

Key Requirements of the Role

• Primary objective is to expand customer base in Automotive sector, increase wallet share & market share at customers in assigned geography and achieve revenue targets as per budget
• Should deep dive into customer requirement and present solution to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value propositions and benefits of our logistics service
• Have complete market and competition knowledge including Strength & Weakness awareness and keep updating management on competition activities
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure customer acquisition and seamless delivery of services to clients. 
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the named accounts
• Market study to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to develop tailored business development strategies
• Candidate must have proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the logistics industry, with at least 8-10 years of experience with minimum 80 to 100 million PA of revenue responsibility.
• Minimum 5 years of Relevant logistics expertise within Automotive sector
• Should have good of geography and customers in the geography assigned .
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, persuade and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex logistics solutions in a clear and compelling manner
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
• Flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities
