Position Summary
Enable a great employee and candidate experience at all times and act as a facilitator for all People Operations activities of EyeROV.
Responsibilities
Assessing and acquiring the talent required for the company within the required timelines
Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organizations long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management.
Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.
Drafting, revising and enforcing the company policies and SOPs.
Employer branding through social media platforms, website and other platforms to attract talents
Evaluating the training requirement of each employees and providing the same for their career development
Managing entire life cycle of an employee from Onboarding to Offboarding
Facilitate employee rewards and recognition programs, team building activities etc.
Overseeing the effective implementation of Performance Appraisal review process at regular intervals
Facilitating regular People pulse sessions to take proactive actions
Create a positive winning culture and improve employee engagement.
Consolidates and analyzes employee feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Provide expertise and offer advice to employees in areas like career planning, employee relationships, strategic development etc.
Mentoring managers and senior team to lead their team better
Providing training, mentorship for HR team members to perform their roles well.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources or related field or an equivalent Post Graduate Diploma
Work Experience
5-12 years experience in HR and Administration preferably in startup/ small organisation
Skills
Fluent reading, writing and speaking abilities in English.
Contribute to individual and organisational performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Respect for diversity and create harmony in the workplace.
Have the adaptability and resilience to balance short- term and long- term priorities
