Read more about the life in PayU here Abount the RoleThis person will work on multiple tasks, helping their business partners understand financial decisions and as the trusted business advisor. A very high visibility role with stakeholders including – CFO, business finance & controller heads.The candidate would be reporting to Sr. Manager in FP&A.ResponsibilitiesData cleaning, transformation, exploration and analysis Creation of interactive dashboards for management reporting purposes Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts for regular leadership reviews Analyze financial data – and create financial models for decision support Create financial models & interactive dashboards for decision support & regular leadership review Hold fort on Key Business KPIs including costs and marginsCost and expense Management, analysis and continuous improvement in reporting for business decisionsContribute to the annual Operating PlanIdentify and drive process improvements, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and dashboardsChampion simplification, standardization and automation opportunities and lead these projectsWork closely with business teams to analyze merchant, industry behaviors as well as new/exiting client analysisRequirements:The successful candidate should have a history of: Driving job responsibilities including detailed analytics,Motivated by a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment Stakeholder management This is a perfect position for someone who knows how to work fast and smart. Qualified CA with 3-5 years’ of work experience Clear communication skills Strong MS Office skillsGood To Have: Expertise in Power BI, Tableau & primary knowledge of python/SQL
