Your location will be Valmet Office in Laem Chabang, Chonburi, Thailand or Chennai, India as next priority.
To be successful in this role:
• You have relevant educational background, for example: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resource, business management, or related field of education. Post-graduation is an added advantage.
• Typically, a 10 years’ work experience in the Human Resources field, out of which 5 years in a Compensation & Benefit position for any multi-country region (preferably Asia Pacific region), supporting a global business in a multi-cultural environment.
• Solid expertise and keen interest in Compensation and Benefits aspects for various kind of roles (including manufacturing environment C&B matters).
• You have excellent motivation and attitude, and ability to achieve results under pressure.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must along with effective communication and presentation skills.
• You should also have willingness and ability to travel within the region as needed.
• You have networking skills and an ability to quickly build relationships and achieve results both individually and as part of a team.
• You should have relevant IT skills, for example MS Office with strong MS Excel skills. Any other relevant HR systems / tools is an added advantage.
