MCA, B.Tech or B.E (four year college degree) or
equivalent
12+ years of professional experience in IT industry.
Good understanding of Payment Card Domain.
4+ years of experience in driving development & testing
teams and full systems lifecycle design and
development. Management of End to end delivery of
complex software solution and product in challenging
environment.
Good Knowledge of Java Design Patterns, Java based
Solutions, Enterprise Integration Design Patterns, SOA
Design Patterns and Architecture, Microservices Design
Pattern and architecture.
Experience of working on Restful service, SOAP
Webservice and in Front-end technologies and
frameworks (Java Script, JSON, React JS etc.)
Proficient in Core Java, Spring framework concepts,
Spring Boot framework, Spring Web, Spring Security,
RESTful API, DB Concepts, SQL
Integrate systems using a wide variety of protocols like
REST, SOAP, MQ, TCP/IP, JSON and others
Expertise in using various project and resource
management tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint,
Workday, GIT, Bitbucket etc.
Working on Agile development model
Knowledge on open technology such as Docker,
Kubernetes, JavaScript, Python, Git, Jenkins, AWS
Cloud, Kafka etc. is very much preferred.
Good knowledge on front end development like in React
is preferred
Any .Net tools and tech stack exposure will be an added
advantage.

Work closely with business & engineering leaders to lead &

Identify opportunities, solutions & their implementation in
automated build, test and deployments.
Create architecture runways that enable rapid recovery,
repair & cleanup of faulty migrations, with the objective of
building fault tolerance into systems.
Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand needs from a
user perspective and enable team to move forward to
develop working prototypes that captures the essence of
what the product should be.
Monitors team to create approach and strategy from system
requirement and design documents.
Follow agile. Can Handle daily standup. Coordinate with
onsite.
Flexible to quickly pitch-in to support colleagues when
required.
Promote more automation with preference of open-source
tools for the same.
Identify opportunities, solutions & their implementation in
automated test execution, monitoring and reporting.
Should be able to work on its own with minimal dependency
on others for scripting, scenario design, test execution,
analysis and reporting.
Coordination with management on regular basis.
Keeping a healthy team environment while consistently
exceeding the expectations (productivity, quality, timeliness
& capacity utilization) of the stakeholders.
