This position is in the India Insurance team is responsible for managing Product, Marketing, Online Acquisition and Alternate Channel Acquisition of Life Insurance products.
• The incumbent is expected to be a proven people leader managing diverse teams.
• The incumbent should have the ability to understand market realities, have a solution driven mind-set and develop innovative Insurance products and solutions for American Express Card members and prospects.
• Online and Alternate channels are growing at a rapid pace and this position is required to 'Think Big' and scale up the Life Insurance business to new heights.
• This position requires strong networking skills and great communication skills - to deliver on projects by leveraging local and global relationships.
• The incumbent is also required to ensure 100% adherence to IRDAI Guidelines, extend American Express brand promise through the products, sales process, ensure timely processing, accurate reporting and ensure seamless service delivery.
• This role also requires the incumbent to work with the Insurance partners on a daily basis and ensure the business objectives are delivered flawlessly while working independently and ensure strict adherence to American Express and IRDA guidelines of controls and compliance.

• Pitch intelligent solutions to help acquire prospects, grow the business, enhance sales productivity   and manage communications

• Understand the stated/unstated needs of the customer & influence effectively to design solutions oriented towards solving customer problems
