Job Description

What you’ll do
The IT Development Specialist focuses upon the development of applications / products in line with the technology roadmap and standards. The IT Development Specialist delivers development of programme logic for new applications / products or analysis and modification of logic in existing applications (activities may also include elements of technical testing). Typically reports to the Senior IT Development Manager of the Head of Technology.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement automation frameworks and tools to streamline processes.
  • Team leading experience of more than 6 resources
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize automated processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to automation systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes and systems.
  • Should have good understanding on coding standards and have worked on reviewing the code


Skills Required
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in automation framework development
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in programming languages like Java (Must have), SQL (Must have), Python (good to have)
    • automation tools like Selenium (Must have), Skuli, Auto IT, Rest Assured(Must have)
    • CI/CD tools like Jenkins(Must have) and Azure pipeline(Must have)
