Position: SAP MM Consultant
Location: Pune
Shift Timing: EVO Ops timing
• The role is located in VSSI (Vodafone Shared Services India) Pune within the Project EVO, responsible for providing shared services to operating companies throughout the Vodafone group using SAP applications.
• In-depth expert knowledge in the field of requirements and process analysis as well as implementation based on SAP MM
• Professional experience in SAP S4 Hana Implementation or support project is a plus.
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy client’s needs.
• Sound Knowledge in Configuring building up organizational/Enterprises structure, including Purchase Organization, Plant, Storage Location & Purchase Groups.
• Creating & configuring Vendor Master Data, Material Master Data, Service Master Data, Info Record, BP Configuration.
• Expected to help with queries relating to SAP MM and Administration and functional modules/topics, document repositories, alerts, reporting etc.
• MM Processes: P2P Process, Sub-Contracting Process, Stock Transfer Process, Service Procurement, GR, GI etc.
• Must be aware about invoice entry, Subsequent Credit/Debit, Credit Memo, Configuration of various document types & it’s No ranges like PR, PO etc
• STO &Subcontracting Configuration, Pricing procedure configuration Both Domestic & Import, Release Procedure, release strategy configuration
• Capability to perform incident & problem management resolution activities as appropriate in exceptional circumstances
• Work with SAP SD/MM/GTM teams and provide missing technical and operational expertise for Major Incident Management
• Provide support of Major Incident Management in MM and ensure timely resolution of Major Incidents related to MM
• Provide appropriate assessment of SAP OSS notes with regard to relevance for EVO MM Operations
• Maintain process documentation for MM processes & tasks
