What will your essential responsibilities include?


·Perform calculation for Solvency I requirement basis direct/ Indirect method and post relevant accounting adjustment.


·Assist in quarterly close & reporting process and ensure IFC compliances.


·Preparing reports and reconciliations on various ad-hoc requests from controllers.


·Assist in drafting and documenting new/ existing processes per business requirement.


·Identify and analyze potential process improvement opportunities within and between finance disciplines. 


·Support team in system enhancement UATs as and when necessary.

You will report to the Delivery Lead– Financial Accounting and Reporting.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:


Required Skills and Abilities:


·CA/ CPA with relevant years of experience of outstanding accounting knowledge (IFRS / UK GAAP), having a grasp of overall Financial Statements.


·Effective analytical skills and attention to detail.


·Good Technical knowledge – IT skills (MS Office, VBA, Power BI etc.)


Desired Skills and Abilities:


·Good Communication & interpersonal skills; ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.


·Work experience in Big 4/consultancy MNCs is preferred.


·Willingness to ask ‘why’ and ‘how we can improve.


·Organized, methodical, and able to deal effectively with multiple priorities and multitasking.


·Ability to work self-supportably in a fast-paced environment.
