ITIL certified and good understanding of major ITSM services areas of Configuration, Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Known Error, and Knowledge Management
Architect level of knowledge in visualizing and setting up an ecosystem of tools for end-to-end delivery & automation requirements
Expertise in ManageEngine products for monitoring (OPM), ITSM Ticketing (SDP), APM (App Manager), and Automation (PMP, DesktopCentral)
Knowledge and experience in configuring ticket exchange with third-party integrations for ManageEngine, such as ServiceNOW.
Knowledge and experience in building and integrating custom scripts for monitoring and automation in ME products
Expertise in configuring dashboards, SLA calculations, key ITIL delivery metrics & KPIs, and views/reports for various roles
