The RSM US Offices in India (USI) supports RSM U.S. risk consulting, transaction advisory, technical accounting, financial consulting, technology and management consulting, tax and assurance engagement teams by providing access to highly skilled professionals for repeatable business processes over an extended business day. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective transition strategies aligned with ITIL best practices, within a SIAM framework.
Lead and manage the transition of new or changed managed services and clients into live operations across multiple service lines.
Oversee the development and execution of detailed transition plans, working with both our clients and internal teams.
Manage dependencies and risks associated with service transitions.
Ensure knowledge transfer and training are effectively delivered to support teams.
Coordinate with Commercial Pursuit, individual Service Lines, Solutions Architecture, Service Delivery and Client Experience teams to ensure a co-ordinated delivery experience for our clients.
Ensure alignment with our internal standards and processes across our client lifecycle and our Standard SDLC.
Measure and report on transition performance and outcomes at a portfolio and program level.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance transition efficiency, through automation and optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and within our client base.
Ability to read contracts and interpret deliverables.
Ensure transition outcomes are aligned with the contracted deliverables and implementing improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in managing complex managed service transitions.
Exposure to SIAM.
Hands-on experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Expert-level understanding of ITIL service transition phases (Transition Planning and Support, Change Management, Service Validation and Testing, Evaluation).
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
Knowledge of change management frameworks.
Co-ordinate scope changes and ensure minimal disruption, with associated billing change management.
Ensure knowledge transfer and training during the transition process and into the Operations.
Identify, document and manage transition risks and issues.
