Capital Markets is one of the three verticals in FIS. It has various products and solutions in funds management, cleared derivatives, commercial lending, corporate treasury, insurance risk electronic trading, RegTech, and wealth and retirement.
What you will be doing
- As a Managed Service Operations Analyst, you will work with, Settlements group which will primarily include
- Run Pending Trades Report daily and circulate to team.
- Set up new funds on Lend amend.
- Request access to credit document storage site (Intralinks, Debt Domain, Syndtrak) for new settled trades.
- Activate new invitations to agency sites.
- Monitor the Corporate Actions email box daily for notifications and take action when needed.
- Run weekly reports for metrics.
- Manage trade dashboard.
- Prepare and circulate manual documents.
- Work within the team as well as across the firm to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
- Take initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- You will form partnerships with our client’s oversight & control groups, trading desks and client services to ensure our contractual commitments are executed and completed in adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures, Risk & Control Framework and Service Level Agreements.
- You will be challenged to help continuously improve the day-to-day services provided, the control environment and the overall client experience. We strongly encourage and support a 'we challenge' mindset.
What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience
- Should carry 5- 8 years of experience in financial services, preferably Syndicate loan operations. (CDO/CLO), Good understanding of Cash flow and reconciliation.
- Domain knowledge of financial products like Syndicate Loans, CLO, CDO, Bonds, Bank loans, MBS is mandatory.
- Hands on experience of reconciliation (Cash, Stock), Trade processing and settlements
Skills
- Strong understanding of Capital markets, Reconciliation (Assets, Cash), Portfolio Accounting, Security Setup’s.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
