Job Title: Mall Marketing Manager


Reports to: General Manager / Senior Marketing Director

Job Overview: The Mall Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase foot traffic, sales, and brand awareness for the shopping mall. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can collaborate with retailers, plan events, and manage digital marketing initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the mall's objectives and target audience.


Manage and coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and community engagement activities.


Collaborate with retailers to create joint marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging throughout the mall.


Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media management, website updates, and email marketing campaigns.


Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.


Manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and report on ROI for marketing initiatives.


Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing campaigns and events.


Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using various metrics and adjust strategies as needed.


Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.


Develop and maintain positive relationships with local media outlets for PR opportunities.


Coordinate with the leasing team to support tenant mix strategies and attract new retailers.


Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, signage, and digital content.


Collaborate with customer service teams to gather feedback and improve the overall shopping experience.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in retail or shopping center marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and trends
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creativity and innovative thinking in developing marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools
  • Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

Desired Skills:


  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles
  • Understanding of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
