In this role you’ll make an impact by:


Working on Below Areas


Maintenance & Utility:


oCommunicates directly with the Production department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.


oAssists/Guide/Support team in performing maintenance and repairs.


oCo-ordination with Production team for Plant Preventive Maintenance Schedule and Planning of the execution of same schedule.


oReporting of non-conformities/operation/Safety Deviations if any in the Operation of Utility and during Maintenance of Plant Equipment.


oCo-ordination of Collection of all the Utility Consumption in the various Plants for daily reporting and Record.


oMaintains a clean and safe work environment during Maintenance activities by following GMP guidelines and good housekeeping practices.


oCommunicating with contractor Supervisors, Peers, Subordinates and providing information by telephone, written form, e-mail, or in person.


oImplementation of corrective action for Zeal, Safety and GMP audit points / suggestions in the department, Monitoring and reporting of all incidents (spills, near misses, accidents)


oCo-ordination with team for Quality Management System and EHS documents and maintaining in My MS.


oParticipate in all cross functional projects such as yield optimization. Initiates and participates in projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.


oParticipating in internal/external Workshops to update professional and technical knowledge.


oWorks for Identification/implementation of Cost, Water and Energy savings projects. Involve in action plan preparation to achieve department goals.


Project relevant:


oWork as Engineering Lead for project Engineering support particularly review the drawings/Designs of utility, Environment, process Equipment relevant to Mechanical Engineering perspective.


oPlant layout, PFD, PID review and co-ordinate with relevant project/User Teams.


oEquipment Design, (Mechanical) review and submission. Co-ordination with consultants/stake holders for final as build deliveries of the Equipment/Project deliverables as defined.


oCo-ordination with Team for FL Tagging according to NZ Standard Tagging Philosophy for complete Plant Equipment’s



Potentially relevant experience:
Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 12-15 Years of Experience in Projects, maintenance and Engineering from Process/ manufacturing set up.
