Maintenance Engineer

The position / About the Job:

In this job the Maintenance Engineer would be responsible for:

• Handling of all Mechanical and Electrical breakdown maintenance.
• Executing Preventive and predictive maintenance/TBM of all Equipment with Teammates.
• Planning of Spare parts,
• Take the offers for Maintenance spares, raise PR and PO
• Handling trouble shooting and Analysis of breakdowns. Work on repeated problems.
• Sustain 5S in dept.
• Attending daily all cell board meetings as a support function.
• Maintain the documents as per ISO 9001-2015, ISO14001-2015, ISO 45001-2018.
• Making Safety documents and procedures.
• Actively participate PRPs and Kaizens etc.
• Active participation in Toolbox talk, BBS Observation such as safety activities to maintain Zero injury & Small Energy saving projects.
• Knowledge of Electrical systems for Checking machine input supply/24VDC/Interlock For Machine Safety.
• Responsible for installation and commissioning of new machines and related documentation (MOC, HIRA, Aspect Register)

What you can be?

• BE. Mechanical / Electrical or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a reputed University/college with a good academic record.
• 3 to 4 years of Maintenance Experience in a similar industry with a similar job profile
• Microsoft (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
• Experience on CNC Machine like More Seiki/ Mitsubishi/HMT/Sun Firm/Radial drilling /Spot welding, Lathe machine is preferable.
