About this team:

The production support team at FIS consist of Mainframes, Open systems Batch scheduling, NDM: Connect Direct, CA Output Management & CA Easytrieve administration. It operates from Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune locations. It is a Level 3 team that provides Scheduling and Admin services for multiple clients hosted at data centers across the globe.

What you will be doing

• Develops large and/or complex solutions that require analysis and research. Works on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert.
• Works independently with only administrative supervision on highly complex projects with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
• Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
• Ability to provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge.
• Will be working in Regular night shifts

What you bring:

• 5 to 8 Years of experience in Mainframe Batch reporting & NDM - Connect Direct File Transfers
• Basic programming knowledge to consist of CA EASYTRIEVE and REXX
• Strong mainframe skills to include MVS and JCL
• Strong batch processing knowledge
• Ability to create / modify JCL or scripting for job transmit functions across multiple environments such as FTP, FTPS, SFTP
• ZEKE scheduling knowledge  & Batch Automations Knowledge

• Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
• Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
• Knowledge of financial services industry
• Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
