We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Need to work as Technical SME - Mainframe resource on a project consisting of Support, Development and Maintenance functionalities. Apart from daily support work during day hours, there would also be on-Call Support activity in night on Rotational-Basis (frequency one week in two months).
• He/she will be responsible for all operational SLA/ Timelines for various projects and support activities. 
• Require Good Communication skills.
• Knowledge on German Language would be an added advantage.
