We are looking for Machinist

You’ll make a difference by

Machinist (Metal Worker) is responsible for Set up of parts/components, grinding of assemblies, after machining of complete Bogie frames or other Bogie Frame parts/sub-assemblies, in accordance with the drawing.

• Autonomous set up and operation of CNC - milling machines
• Autonomous programming of CNC Programs.
• Optimize CNC - programs / machining operations.
• Determine technological machining operations
• Optimize technological machining operations.
• Produce component parts in acc. with the technical specifications and deadlines
• Ensure the required product quality.
• Initiative in terms of continuous improvement and SPS.
• Proficiency in the use of machine tools and selection of it.
• Proficiency in operating measuring equipment’s.
• Experience in the operation of CNC - milling machines.
• Can independently operate EOT crane.
• Can independently clamp the Bogie Frame.

Desired Skills:

• You should have minimum experience of 4 years and ITI (Machinist Trade) +NCVT passed.
• Sub-assemblies and bogie frame components set up experience, Methods & Technologies.
• The Machinist must be able to read and understand the drawings and geometric dimension and tolerances given on drawing.
• The Machinist must be able to autonomously set machining center HMC/VMC as per requirement
• to machine the sub-assemblies or Bogie Frame.
• An interest of learning, ability to work in team, analytical ability.
• Can independently do the 2D programming and understanding the 3D programming as well.
• Must have knowledge of clamping and dialing system and can independently handle the measuring instruments.
