Machine Learning Engineer (Emerging Tech)

WHAT YOU’LL DO​

As a Machine Learning Engineer in Emerging Tech, you will design, build, and deploy machine learning models that help solve complex problems using data-driven insights. You will work alongside data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to create scalable and robust solutions that leverage the latest in machine learning and AI technology. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills to real-world challenges while contributing to the evolution of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for a variety of use cases in AI, IoT, big data, and other emerging technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver machine learning solutions that meet business needs.
• Apply machine learning techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and NLP (Natural Language Processing) to complex data sets.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines that support model training and deployment.
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of machine learning, AI, and data science to ensure the application of cutting-edge techniques.
•  Monitor the performance of deployed models and implement improvements as necessary.
• Document machine learning processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation, driving the adoption of new tools and techniques

WHO YOU ARE​

We are looking for people with…​

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing tools like Spark.
• Strong mathematical and statistical background, with an understanding of algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience in model deployment, monitoring, and scaling using modern tools and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to think critically about complex problems.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as IoT, blockchain, or robotics is a plus.
