About the team:

• Senior Manager- SMB Sales would be part of SMB Farming team within SMB function.

What you’ll be doing:

• Role includes managing a team of 5-10 KAMs
• Generate Business & drive key outcomes of GMV, Revenue & Gross Margins.
• Design and execute different segment campaigns for lead generation, hunting new merchants.
• Working with cross functional teams.
• Interact with quality/ mid size merchants to build business.

What are we looking for?

• This is team manager role so PayU is looking for self-driven, highlighly motivated individual who can lead and handle team of 5-10 people to drive & achieve Key objectives like GMV, revenue, Gross Margins and active merchants.
• Someone who has 5-8 Years of experience in Payment Gateway, Fintech, online sales.
