Job Description, Responsibilities: -
·Looking forward to filling this position with Experienced Logistics professional having strong expertise in Logistics, Warehouse, Distribution, Inventory Management and Supply Chain domain.
·Will be responsible to execute large Sales business volume from HBA (Honeywell Building Automation) sites in the India region.
·Plan and implement competitive distribution and transportation strategies that support best in class performance and achieve strategic and annual operating targets. Lead & supervise the team to execute the logistics strategy.
·Work with Internal / External cross functional team to achieve business targets and meet projects deliverables in ISC domain.
·Gathering and analyzing logistics data to assess each step in the supply chain. Developing, evaluating and revising logistics policies, procedures and plans.
·Addressing routine and unexpected disruptions in the supply chain to keep products moving flawlessly.
·Ensure logistics costs are monitored, managed and under control as per AOP plans.
·Utilise knowledge and research methods to benchmark logistics activities and to drive best practice results.
·Report against key performance indicators are as per Honeywell KPI targets. Work towards and support a culture of continuous improvement and work to make business and department improvements wherever possible.
·Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills. Person should be well versed in Commercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business cost, production schedules and customer order fulfilment.
·Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
·Develop strategies to create cost effective and profitable function, optimise service levels and maintain supply-chain efficiency.
·Proficiency to work with cross functional team Sales, Finance, Sourcing, Buying, Customer Interaction in well collaborative manner.
