Logistics Manager

• Identifies and implement customer focused logistic solutions together with Sales Organizations and Regional Business Logistics

  
  

• Controls the implementation of action plans, set critical success factors and develop management tools; introduce and train new strategies, systems, routines and processes.

  
  

• Coordinates the optimization of stock levels for raw materials and finished goods

  
  

• Coordinates the planning activities in the site and with sales organizations • Continuous improvement and follow up of KPI figures (Service level, Stock level, Costs)

  
  

• Plans and follow up budget figures and manage corrective actions if necessary • Coordinates between the different organizations the phasing in and phasing out of raw materials and finished goods

  
  

• Participates in the development of the company logistics strategy when necessary

  
  

• Negotiations with service providers i.e. hauliers, external warehouses • Implementation of HMex principles in the Logistics department. Accountable for Performance Management process and responsible for consequence management within his/her department
