Identifies and implement customer focused logistic solutions together with Sales Organizations and Regional Business Logistics
Controls the implementation of action plans, set critical success factors and develop management tools; introduce and train new strategies, systems, routines and processes.
Coordinates the optimization of stock levels for raw materials and finished goods
Coordinates the planning activities in the site and with sales organizations • Continuous improvement and follow up of KPI figures (Service level, Stock level, Costs)
Plans and follow up budget figures and manage corrective actions if necessary • Coordinates between the different organizations the phasing in and phasing out of raw materials and finished goods
Participates in the development of the company logistics strategy when necessary
Negotiations with service providers i.e. hauliers, external warehouses • Implementation of HMex principles in the Logistics department. Accountable for Performance Management process and responsible for consequence management within his/her department
