Job Summary:
The Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing the logistics, warehousing, and shipment operations to ensure the seamless and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehousing, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations related to logistics, warehousing, and shipments.
- Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Coordinate with delivery executives to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
- Oversee branch operations, including service center and delivery center activities.
- Track and maintain accurate records of daily shipments and data.
- Train new team members and support their professional development.
- Handle team management and resolve operational escalations effectively.
- Prepare and maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital data for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure 100% delivery success through proactive monitoring and intervention.
Essential Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience of 2+ years in logistics, warehousing, or shipment operations.
Skills Required:- Strong knowledge of logistics and warehousing processes.
- Proficiency in data management and record-keeping.
- Effective team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in using logistics management software and digital tools.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations.
