Role Definition
Checks, stores, and tracks incoming and outgoing inventory items.
Responsibilities
• Maintaining computerized inventory records and reporting on inventory levels and activity.
• Reporting expedited orders. Coordinating returns and exchanges of inventory items.
• Verifying order completeness, inspecting for damage and coordinating to fix the root cause.
• Ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to close operational gaps and get the disposition for the MRC material / Non-conformance material.
• Periodical Production order closure in CBS (SAP) post completion of build without any error
• Prepare and conduct a monthly governance review meeting with top management
• Drive RCCA for inventory deviations and prepare file note for approval and adjustment of the variance in CBS (SAP).
