Join Elekta as a Local People Partner- APAC, where you'll partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement, implement HR policies, and address regional HR matters.


What You’ll Do at Elekta


In this strategic and hands-on role, you will collaborate with local managers, global HR teams, and other stakeholders to support a thriving workforce. From coaching leaders to executing HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with local labor laws, your impact will be felt across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively address workplace and employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.


  • Coach managers on team dynamics, conflict resolution, change management, and performance improvement.


  • Stay informed about local labor markets and employment trends.


  • Collaborate with peers to design and implement HR processes, events, and initiatives.


  • Align with Global People Partner Leads to integrate people strategies with business priorities.


  • Provide labor law intelligence and ensure compliance with local and regional regulations.


  • Oversee health & safety elements and implement local wellbeing initiatives.


  • Manage HR compliance for the region, including government and tax-related processes.


  • Prepare for and lead internal and external HR audits.


  • Drive global mobility execution and build cooperative relationships with worker councils.


What we believe you have
  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role within a dynamic, global organization.


  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across all levels.


  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, compliance, and government/tax processes.


  • Experience preparing for and navigating internal and external HR audits.


  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).


  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills.


  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
