Job Description

Job responsibilities:


  • Workflow Management - Review the complex approval packages and perform quality checks on critical activities 
  • Escalation handling - Manage the exceptions and one-off transactions and follow the escalation metrics. Escalate on time when required
  • Drive Innovation – Process simplification projects 
  • Responsible to conduct refresher and new joiner trainings in the team
  • Prepare KPIs, KRIs, and publish the data on a regular basis to Senior Leaders. Present the data to the Management
  • Quality control

Eligibility requirements:


  • 5 - 7 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/ Mortgage/ Loan Operations
  • Good understanding of Financial Statements & Loan Documents
  • Preferably Loan Syndication background with hands on experience in LIQ
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment
  • Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders 
  • Candidate should be open to work in shifts.
  • Organizing & time management skills
