Loan IQ QA

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications, particularly in the LoanIQ environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on LoanIQ applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects in a defect tracking system.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and provide QA input.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from users.
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience with LoanIQ or similar financial software is a plus.
• Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
