Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Principal Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Linux systems, cloud platforms, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Linux-based systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in best practices and development methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirements.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Manage and automate deployment processes and infrastructure as code.
• Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Linux systems engineering and administration.
• Strong knowledge of shell scripting, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficient in configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Deep understanding of networking and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in leading large-scale projects.
