ASIA Lending Professional

Job summary:


As a Lending - Client Advisor Support Analyst within the ASIA Lending Team, you will be supporting a team of Lending Advisors providing customised credit solutions for the ASIA Single Coverage and ultra-high net worth clients. You will act as a liaison between Advisors and support functions to assist on execution of various processes, including, risk management, credit reviews, covenant monitoring, liaising with the different teams and coordinating execution of documents. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, diverse team and to constantly challenge yourself in the financial market.


Candidates must demonstrate an interest and knowledge in financial markets, as well as possess excellent analytical, organisational, attention-to-detail, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Initiative, enthusiasm and confidence to complete projects are also a must. This role would suit someone who is looking for an entry level position or has some experience in financial markets.

Job responsibilities: 


  • Conduct loan pricing and return on equity analysis for Advisors
  • Manage credit reviews and documents for multi-year deals 
  • Manage the lists and requests for Credit Questionnaire and PFS
  • Curate data and presentation in support senior management discussion
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify and manage risk
  • Prepare presentations and management information analysis
  • Manage loan covenants and other credit exceptions
  • Attend meetings and partner with Lending Advisors on pre-and post-meeting actions. Document lifecycle, archiving and virtual data room management
  • Oversee collateral monitoring and management and communicating margins to internal stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, and key stakeholders in other line of business.
  • Strict attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting a range of competing deadlines.
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team-player.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
