We’re establishing four Legal Powerhouses in Bangalore, Mexico City, Barcelona and São Paulo, which will be an integral part of the Legal Function and provide defined, structured services to our other lawyers and to the wider business.
Where this position fits-into the team:
Part of the Unilever Legal Powerhouse – a team we’re currently building, which consists of around 60 colleagues in Bangalore
Integral part of the Unilever’s Legal Function - a global operation consisting of approximately 500 lawyers and specialists
Based alongside the UniOps Function in Bangalore – a wider team of 1,600 that powers Unilever’s compass strategy through world class business operations enabled by technology and innovation
Your Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Legal Product Owner for DocuSign CLM and ancillary technologies, own, develop and deliver the technical roadmap and enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to drive innovation and automation across the team
Drive, communicate and present the product vision, roadmap, and progress to the internal and external stakeholders
Act as the technical point of contact and manage our ecosystem of external partners to enable a best-in-class technical solution
Be the Subject Matter Expert on DocuSign CLM
Ensure the organization is using the tool as effectively as possible and extracting the best from the tool with minimal customisations/configurations
Manage the Change and Release Management process independently
Own the product backlog end-to-end, defining the acceptance criteria, prioritization and managing the dependencies and risks.
Design, code, test, deploy and document change requests.
Ensure that the code meets the quality standards and follows the best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the DocuSign CLM application and resolve any issues or bugs
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, Finance, IT, Procurement and vendors
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the contract lifecycle management domain, and identify the opportunities for improvement and enhancement of our CLM application
Skills and Experience:
Degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
At least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Legal function.
At least 4 years of experience in managing a DocuSign CLM solution
Expert in configuring and troubleshooting DocuSign Workflows
Expert in CLM configuration with template rationalization and harmonization
Worked in an in-house (legal) team with exposure to legal tools
Experience with Salesforce.
Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Ability to multitask and has tendency to independently execute project cycles and deliverables
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to guide product decisions
Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience:
Certified DocuSign CLM Administrator
Certified DocuSign CLM Workflow Developer
Certified DocuSign CLM Technical Consultant
