Legal Counsel

 What You’ll Do

• Draft & negotiate customer and vendor contracts
• Support and advise sales teams on deal process and contract negotiation
• Manage deviations and obtain internal approvals before contract signing
• Provide internal legal training to other departments
• May assist with M&A, employment, compliance, leasing, and other legal matters
• Promote continuous improvement of legal services to other SOTI business units

Experience You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as in-house counsel within the software industry
• A lawyer licensed to practice
• Experience negotiating a variety of commercial agreements
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and with different levels of management
• Strong writing, drafting, and speaking skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
