Position: Learning Specialist (Third Party Payroll)
Location : Noida Sector 16
This role is within the Talent, Learning and Culture team (within the HR team) of Thales in India.
Induction: Within this team, this person manages all the activities related to Induction from end to end including Welcome Conventions, Digital Induction Channel, periodical induction sessions in collaboration with all stakeholders. Will be required to deliver induction sessions to all new joinees along with the project management part of it.
Digital LMS : Responsible to manage the Digital Learning Management System (CSOD) at India level. Understanding the technical aspects of the LMS, as well as its practical applications in supporting learning and development initiatives. The core areas of implementation lies for how to manage user accounts, enroll learners, assign courses, and oversee the day-to-day administration of the LMS. Also upload, organize, and maintain courses on the LMS; generating reports and utilizing analytics tools provided by the LMS to track learners' progress, assess training effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions. You provide support to learners and instructors on using the LMS effectively. Additionally, you may conduct training sessions for employees or administrators to ensure they can fully utilize the system's features
Internal Communication: Responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and impactful messages to promote the learning culture within the organisation. Collaborate with other team members, HR, and management to communicate important updates, changes, and announcements related to employee training and development. This may involve creating posters, email announcements, newsletters, and social media posts to generate interest and participation.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in L&D communication to continually improve the learning culture in the organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. Must be prompt, agile and passionate for the learning domain
