Job Title:Learning Shared Services Analyst

Introduction to role:
Join us at AstraZeneca as a Learning Shared Services Analyst, where you will be an integral part of our Enabling team. In this role, you will manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Content Management System (LCMS), providing end-user support and working with various levels of operations to provide training and compliance reports. This is an exciting opportunity to adapt and influence across our whole enterprise, in a role that is crucial to the growth of AstraZeneca.


Accountabilities:
As a Learning Shared Services Analyst, you will be responsible for system maintenance and operations support, learning administration support, documentation support, and quality assurance. You will work closely with LMS providers, communicate updates to the field, manage courses, develop training aids, and adhere to quality processes. You will also communicate with various clients to define requirements for training reports and recommend training solutions to improve our current offerings.


Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years of related experience working within an LMS environment (Preferred: Cornerstone SBX or Degreed or Xyleme).
- Experience in Content curation and troubleshooting eLearning content issues.
- Experience with all aspects of learning solution development preferred.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry, market dynamics and major AZ business drivers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
- Working knowledge of Articulate and captivate authoring tools.
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design process.
