Department
You will be part of the Arakkonam Manufacturing Team, who ensures designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of blue collar/ Contingent / Trainees in these critical manufacturing processes. This role involves creating comprehensive training materials, conducting hands-on training sessions, and ensuring that all blue collar/ Contingent / Trainees.

What you bring
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in using training tools and technology.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management.
Experience
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in any industry in training or teaching technical subjects & instructional role is advantageous is highly desirable
