Learn more about H&MJob DescriptionAs the Learning and Development Partner for your region you have ownership over the effective implementation of development opportunities (both local and global) across your region, making sure they are tailored to the business needs, carefully planned and
effective.Job Responsibilities: -Participate in content creation for our trainings based on needs and priorities.You will be the Trainer and/or Master Trainer for a significant number of our core learning materials and you ensure a healthy balance between trainer availabilities, learning needs of the organization and planning of training sessions.Ensure the administrative side of learning and development is effectively covered and the data to be analysed is accurate and readily available. Partner with the business to understand and analyse their perceived learning needs and advise them on the best solution to solve their problems.Collaborate with other HR functions in your region, the global HR team and your L&D colleagues in other regions to make sure our actions are harmonized and together support the business in the most efficient way.Deliver on the areas you have ownership for by living our values every day.QualificationsLocation-Delhi/BangaloreYears of Experience- 5-8 years plus in a similar roleBachelors in any discipline or any other equivalentSkills – Stakeholder Management, Business strategy, critical thinking, problem solving, people management, understanding of employee lifecycle.Additional InformationWe offer all our employees at H&M Group attractive benefits with extensive development opportunities around the globe.
