Job Description
Refines and implements criteria for IT infrastructure in multiple domain areas.Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:- Supports the technology lifecycle through the design, build and maintenance of systems, software and applications to ensure the highest quality outcomes across the domains- Makes technical design and amendment decisions and independently manages the workload- Translates business requirements into technical requirements and infrastructure and network capacity needs by efficiently sourcing data and undertaking appropriate analyses- Ensures relevant reporting documentation is completed and follows internal and external standards- Schedules and coordinates capacity / network upgrades, liaising with other areas of the business as needed to ensure service level objectives are met- Manages upgrades and coordinates internal and third parties where required- Creates accurate documentation and monitors system performance to effectively contribute to business and continual improvement activities- Supports in deploying emergent engineering patterns across development teams.- Coordinates design work in the infrastructure and network domain and contributes to crafting solutions.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelors degree or equivalent in an IT related field- Previous experience in Architecture / Engineering- Significant experience in technology based roles.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
