Could you be the full-time Troubleshooter in Supply Chain Quality Operation we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and supportive teammates.
You'll ensure the technical excellence and reliability of our locomotives for key clients such as Indian Railways. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Internal Troubleshooting, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations), populate relevant failure databases, and contribute to continuous improvement and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of troubleshooting during validation and certification runs, warranty periods, and ensure the availability and reliability of locomotives. You will also guarantee the flow of information within the troubleshooting team.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring troubleshooting excellence in line with best practices
Validating and certifying the tools used for troubleshooting
Maintaining relevant failure databases (e.g., FRACAS, Railsys Light)
Facilitating communication within the troubleshooting team
Contributing to reliability growth and sharing return of experience
Providing special case support (e.g., Failure Mode Identification)
Adhering to EHS rules and work-related processes

Degree in Engineering (Electrical) from a recognised university
IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Software uploading/downloading)
Fluency in English, with proficiency in Hindi considered beneficial
A certification in a relevant technical field
Experience with electrical schematics and troubleshooting various systems (Traction, TCMS, Brakes, etc.)
Capability to analyze data and utilize software tools
5-6 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with a fleet of over 100 locomotives
