Job Description
1. Been in the role & knowledge about O&M for Minimum 200 MW ISTS PV Project anywhere in India, preferably in Northern India.
2. Should handle CTU on daily operation for energy monitoring, outage process and other queries.
3. Having knowledge about Substation, PV plant SCADA and its operations.
4. Having good knowledge about high voltage operations and outage process with PGCIL line bays.
5. Co ordination with various agencies on scheduling and forecasting and site team to control and monitor the production.
6. Complete knowledge and implementation of scheduling and forecasting of PV plant capacity not less than 200MW with PPA with all sort with shared portions of capacity. (Government, private, exchange)
7. Having operational expertise with PGCIL outage process with ISTS connectivity
8. Must be having experience in DSM management with reduced deviation in plant operation.
9. Must be having experience in billing and follow up with CTU.
10. Must be having experience in preparing the MIS at all regular intervals according to Company’s requirement.
11. Must be having interpersonal skills to co ordinate at various agencies (Aaaciona Energy, Spain, Forecasting & Schedule Companies, Contractor, PGCIL, CEA and other third party companies)
12. Regular co ordination with O&M contractors- PV plant, Line, Robotic and others to meet the KPI
13. Ware house monitoring and provide weekly update on spares consumption by the contractor and replenishment plan
14. 220KV Line maintenance and monitoring and co ordnation with line sharing parties
15. Support site manager Sending MIS to office regular basis weekly, monthly, bi-annually, annually
16. Complete plant monitoring for Safety and keep full track of incidents, safety walk, safety observations and closing them properly with required procedures 17. Training new team of people on safety and O&M from subcontractor to meet our safety standards
18. Co ordination with PGCIL time to time and provide necessary data to them whenever required in consultation with Site manager, Head O&M
19. Handling of all Acciona web tools and updating them regularly
20. Co ordinate with site manager for OPEX control and having co ordination with H.O for reporting them regularly.
Required Skills and Competencies
Education: B.E/B.Tech. (Electrical or Electronic Engineering) from reputed/recognized university.
Year of experience – 03 to 07 years in Operations and Maintenance Department for Solar project site.
