Role mission


We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical aptitude and business acumen to facilitate communication between our technical team and business stakeholders. This role requires the ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into business requirements and vice versa.


Main responsibilities



·Subject matter expert for commissions processing, incentive compensations using Xactly Incent.


·Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams and vice versa.


·Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and recommend technical solutions.


·Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.


·Research and keep updated on Xactly and communicate trends and future needs to leadership.


Skills and experience



Education and experience


·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field


·5+ years of experience working with and building Sales Commission systems in a professional, fast paced environment using Xactly Incent.


·Data analytics knowledge.


·Hands on experience with Xactly Analytics, Xactly Connect


·Xactly Connect platform development experience.


·Knowledge of database querying and data visualization tools.


·Deep understanding of HR processes and tools.


·Proficiency in agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban, to effectively lead product development, prioritize features, and ensure iterative delivery. 


·Deep understanding of Human Resources processes (Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation and Payroll, etc.), and the typical data structures required to support those processes.


·Excellent integrations expert, or application developer, in projects involving cloud systems, integrations and data.


·Proven experience on integrating SaaS solutions, using APIs, ETL tools and/or other type of middleware (HR or non-HR applications).


·Experience in service-oriented architectures (HR or non-HR applications).


·Experience on IT processes to deliver services (at participant level, not required as service process owner).


·Experience on Amazon Web Services, AI-powered solutions.


·Previous experiences as programmer/coder would be an added value for the candidate.


·Good SQL and/or databases understanding would be an added value for the candidate.


Skills


·Proven experience as a IT/Business Analyst in a technical environment.


·Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and design.


·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


·Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and technical specifications.
