The CP&I Product Management team is seeking a seasoned Lead Product Manager who embodies a data-driven approach, fueled by curiosity and a relentless focus on consumer obsession. This leader must demonstrate exceptional ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, navigating complex organizational dynamics to drive impactful outcomes.


This role is inherently cross-functional by design; You will work closely with users and business leaders, other product teams, other domains, Engineering, Architecture, Experience Squads, Data and Analytics Engineering, Program and Portfolio Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, to bring product to market.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • This role will specifically focus on our CPI products. As a Lead Product Manager, you will be defining and aligning the product vision for the capability, managing the product lifecycle and product maturity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and grow adoption, prioritizing feature development based on user needs and business impact.


  • The ideal candidate is a leader with a proven track record of delivering transformative business results, leveraging their expertise to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence. They possess a deep understanding of the organization's goals and objectives and are adept at crafting compelling narratives to align stakeholders and drive collective action.


  • This leader is a skilled communicator, able to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations, and present them in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.


  • The Lead Product Manager must possess an advanced ability to analyze and synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative insights, leveraging their expertise to inform product direction and feature development. They are a collaborative leader, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and hold themselves and others accountable for commitments.


  • Demonstrated high attention to detail including the ability to analyze data, produce product strategy, and expected outcome models. Document requirements, and partner effectively with multiple collaborators.


  • Ability to implement methodically while also thinking strategically.


  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.


  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent 5+ years’ experience in product management, strategy or engineering field (Web and Mobile software development highly preferred).


  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to drive collective action.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON


  • Drive product and platform roadmaps to ensure they deliver outsized value to Global Tech quickly and are built to be scalable and agile.


  • Focus on optimizing the overall user journey through connecting different services via API first SOA approach across multiple experience tools, ensuring one source of truth, scalability and user adoption across the entire platform ecosystem. 


  • Contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for CP&I products. This may include product management for a new product entirely, or new capability adoption, feature enhancements, integrations with our internal tools and enterprise consumers and focus on ‘foundational/reusable’ capabilities


  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate consumer needs into technical requirements and specifications. 


  • Work with business partners within CP&I and across the Enterprise to understand critical needs, establish priorities, and ensure that we are meeting or exceeding those goals.


  • Gather feedback from end users and product consumers through various channels and incorporate it into platform development. 


  • Make prioritization and trade-off decisions, balancing meeting the goals of business initiatives, complexity, timeline, development effort, and business value.


  • Investigate issues, do root-cause analysis, identify systemic gaps, and ensure these gaps are addressed.


  • Establish and manage accurate tracking of critical metrics and translate feedback into enhancement recommendations.


  • Define and communicate performance metrics up and down the organization in substantial ways and the right level of detail portfolio reporting and analysis activities.


  • Product Management experience conducting quantitative and or qualitative analysis in a cross-functional enterprise environment in the tech industry to support and improve business operations involving program, process, or product management


  • Managing day to day project communications and contributing to Sr. executive management reports and business presentations


  • Product Management, management consulting, technology management


  • Writing both long and short-term product planning reports, including market analysis, product placement, and financial/business reporting
