Could you be the full-time System Engineer in our dynamic team?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical engineering expertise in the evolving field of Rolling Stock HVAC systems. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll lead the technical development of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing), lead design reviews, and coordinate technical issue resolution during detailed design phases.
You’ll specifically take care of delivering subsystem documentation and ensuring coordination on interfaces and performances, but also support sourcing, validation, and transition to production activities.
We’ll look to you for:
Defining architecture and functionalities of HVAC systems
Ensuring interface alignment with internal and external stakeholders
Leading technical development and design reviews
Delivering and controlling subsystem documentation
Supporting technical issues from investigation to closure
Contributing to Engineering risks, mitigation plans, and QCD optimization

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience or understanding of HVAC Engineering, preferably in Railways or Automobile
8+Yrs of experince
Knowledge of train system design, development, and validation
Familiarity with the V-model System Engineering Process
A certification in Rational DOORS software would be an asset
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
