We are looking for Lead Software Engineer - SFDC
Are you a go getter, bringing in a culture of action and leading a team of diverse technocrats? We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join us in this path of project excellence.
You’ll make a difference by:
- ·Development on differentiated tasks by translating the software design into code in accordance with the partners’ quality requirements.
- ·Analyze software requirements and software functional specification.
- ·Implement and document assigned part of component / work product based on project schedule.
- ·Write code/test code for part of software component/ work product. Unit test the implemented solutions.
- ·Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure seamless transitions from development to production environments.
- ·Manage and optimize Salesforce environments, including sandboxes, to support parallel development and testing.
- ·Investigate and fix software defects found by test / review team to ensure product quality.
- ·Ensure quality of the developed part of component(s) / work product(s) (conformance with development process) and its technical delivery.
- ·Ensure compliance and governance, defining and enforcing policies across the development lifecycle.
- ·Submit the work products into the software configuration management.
- ·Perform regular internal technical coordination / review to ensure risk identification and to support the initiation of risk mitigation by Project Manager and all relevant project stakeholders.
You’ll win us over by:
- B.E. / B. Tech / MCA/ M. Tech (Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/Electrical)
- 8 to 12 years of salesforce Project experience.
- Expertise on Force.com platform, Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Jest tests
- Development expertise in Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers, Asynchronous Apex
- Experience in HTML, JavaScript/jQuery /ECMA Script 6+, CSS, CSS3.
- Experience in SOAP API, REST API, and Bulk API
- Batch and Bulk processing, data loader or any other middle-ware experience; Data Migration using ETL tools.
- Experience of Salesforce configuration - user/role/profile setup, record sharing, workflows, validation rules, etc.
- Experience in Agile environment (Scrum)
- Experience of integrating Salesforce with 3rd party APIs
Desirable
- A background in Java, Python, Node, .NET, is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience of popular AWS services related to Storage, Compute, Database and Network categories.
- Understanding of Continuous Integration and Delivery
- Certifications like Application Architect
