The successful candidate will possess extensive skills in design, development, delivery, execution, leadership, and the ability to mentor and direct co-workers across geographic boundaries.
About You:
In this role, you will play a key Senior Lead Software Engineer role. Primary responsibilities for the role include working with technology peers and business partners to solve business problems and providing support to ensure the availability of our products is met.
Work closely with our business partners and stakeholders to identify requirements and priority of new enhancements and features and ensure that the stakeholder's needs are being met.
Actively participates and collaborates in meetings, processes, agile ceremonies and interaction with other technology groups.
Works with architects to assist in architectural direction and design finalization.
Help break down deliverables into meaningful stories for the development team.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, or coaching to software or systems engineering teams distributed across geographic locations. Proactively share knowledge and best practices on using new and emerging technologies across all the development and testing groups.
Provide technical support to operations or other development teams by promptly troubleshooting, debugging, and solving critical issues in the production environment to minimize user and revenue impact.
Ability to interpret code and solve problems based on existing standards.
Creates and maintains all required technical documentation/manual related to assigned components to ensure supportability.
About the Role:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or equivalent experience
9+ years of professional software development or web application development experience
Estimating, designing, coding, and testing applications using C#, ASP.Net, Web API, and SQL/PostgreSQL backend.
Possessing a strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Angular.
Excellent and creative problem-solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Creating and implementing unit test plans and unit test cases.
Conducting architecture reviews and ensuring design quality.
Essential Responsibilities (Specific day-to-day responsibilities):
Programming-related decisions of syntax and style are to be regularly made.
Works in several phases of software systems analysis and programming activities but may require instruction and guidance in other phases.
Meets project schedules and deadlines.
Migrates non-development tasks to other work streams.
